Welcome back and I hope you all had a wonderful Easter break. The children have settled in well to their learning and it’s been lovely to see them playing on the field at playtimes.
Termly Learning Conferences
A reminder that our Termly Learning Conferences for Reception to Year 5 take place next Monday 20th April and Wednesday 22nd April. If you haven’t yet booked your appointment, there is still time to do so before the deadline this afternoon.
Swimming
Swimming has begun for Year 5, who enjoyed their first session at NSB. I am sure they will grow in confidence each week and will quickly develop into strong, capable swimmers.
Year 2 Multisports
Year 2 attended a Multisports event at Benham with Mr Ebsworth and the team. It was a fantastic opportunity and a really positive experience for all involved.
News from The Friends
Gemma, Chair of The Friends, writes:
We’ve made a fantastic total of £557 in uniform sales across two mornings this week. There will be another opportunity to purchase pre-loved uniform this afternoon after school pick-up, either in the hall or outside the caretaker’s office, weather dependent.
Our next committee meeting will be held at the APH pub on Wellingborough Road on Tuesday 21st April from 7:30pm. We’d love to see some new faces 😊
The Friends AGM will take place at school on Thursday 7th May from 6:30pm. Everyone is very welcome to attend.
