Head's Blog
Welcome to this celebration of learning blog. I always think of the blogs as providing a window to look into the children’s fascinating world at school. I am in the privileged position to be able to capture events across the school and community as they happen and share them with you. It’s also a bit like a diary in that you can look back and see a colourful reflection of the year.

What an exciting busy term! In the middle you can see the Y6 children at a bonfire at Osmington Bay - what a beautiful scene. You can see Isaac our newly elected Prime Minister with Eve and Farah as Deputies. I can't believe we had the circus arrive at the beginning of term organised by our hard working Friends! It was great to see classes twinning around the school and children sharing books everywhere. You can see a small part of a wonderful display of art work and poetry inspired by the beautiful book, 'The Lost Words'. We've been learning outside in the grounds and Y3 have been playing the Ukelele this year and will be performing soon after six sessions.
Thank you Y4 for the superb performance of Project Planet where they told a story with clarity and confidence about saving the wildflower meadows. The singing and teamwork was second to none! Such high standards and a joy to watch. Well done to all the staff and children.
