Happy Eid!

This week we had a lovely time exploring the celebration of Eid in the nursery. Mrs Shamsuddin came in to share some traditional Eid stories with us and talk more about the celebration. After story time the children were taught how to create paper lanterns using shape cutters and candles. They all looked lovely!

We have also enjoyed our visit to the library where we took our first books out to bring home to share with our families.

We've had great fun measuring things around the nursery using blocks, rulers and tape measures and also completing challenges using Connor the caterpillar and friends.  It's also been lots of fun measuring ourselves to compare how tall we are. We're all growing so fast!
