Mrs Burrows and Year 2 were having great fun using Google Expeditions, which Mr Kennedy and Mrs White have set up for us.  
In the pictures you can see that the teacher controls an app with an iPad which allows the children, on this occcasion, to explore outer space.

Mrs Burrows gave them challenges and tasks and they learnt so much in a short space of time locating planets, moons, galaxies and the earths atmosphere amongst other things.

It's  funny to see them all changing direction together seeking to find a space station or another planet wearing their specialised goggles with iPods  inside.
