Year 2 were lucky enough to have a dance teacher come to visit us. Each class attended a workshop with her.

2 Kahlo had a lesson in the Cha Cha Cha! 2 Klimt learnt how to jive with partners! 2 Numina were learning some amazing Caribbean moves!

Each class practised in the morning and we all performed our special dance in front of the whole year group in the afternoon. Everyone had a great time both performing and being part of the audience to cheer on the other classes.

I’ve heard some children continued dancing when they got home that evening too!
