Today, Miss Brown, a hairdresser, visited us to talk about the science of hair care. She explained that because oil and water don’t mix, we need shampoo to clean hair properly. As the shampoo foams, it lifts away the oils so they can be rinsed away. We then conducted an experiment to test this theory and see the science in action.
