Making Canopic Jars!

As part of our Ancient Egypt topic, the children made canopic jars. These were the jars into which the Ancient Egyptains put internal organs as part of the mummification process. Specific jars for different organs would have the head of a particular diety to protect it.

Can you name the Egyptian Gods that protected the organs in the canopic jars?
