Dunking Biscuits

Today we have been investigating whether the amount of sugar in a biscuit affects the dunking time. We observed different types of bisuits closely and compared the sugar content. We then tested each biscuit to see which lasted longest when dunked.
We were also lucky to have a STEM ambassador give a talk over Zoom on primates this afternoon. We learnt lots about how they have adapted to their environment and evolved over time.
