A visit from Dabbit the Rabbit

         2020211

We've had a lovely week returning to the library where we listened to some of the stories that we have been reading in Nursery. The children enjoyed exploring the new setting and are looking forward to their next visit already.

Despite the rain the children's imaginations took off as they had fun creating an ice cream van outside. They made their own ice creams using craft activities and sensory materials before buying them from each other.

In Maths the children have really enjoyed finding shapes around the provision. They've found 2D shapes everywhere and have been exploring the properties of 3D shapes through rolling investigations.

We were also lucky enough to have had a visit from Dabbit the rabbit. The children loved getting to know Dabbit in small groups and talking about what rabbits need in order to be healthy and how to look after them.
