Head's Blog

Welcome to this celebration of learning blog. I always think of the blogs as providing a window to look into the children’s fascinating world at school.  I am in the privileged position to be able to capture events across the school and community as they happen and share them with you.  It’s also a bit like a diary in that you can look back and see a colourful reflection of the year.

Mrs Harvey

Coronation Art Exhibition

The children have skilfully represented King Charles lll in the style of their class artist at the Bridgewater Art Exhibition.

The crowds flocked to see the children's work and the feedback showed that the visitors were very impressed at the skill and creativity of the children.

Well done to Miss Williams, our art leader who coordinated the project, all the staff for teaching the children to a high standard and producing eye catching wonderful displays.

The children liked having their picture taken with King Charles and families commented on the lovely atmosphere as a video of Charles played with music from the Coronation alongside all the stunning art work.

We hope that we have many future artists developing their passion here at Bridgewater who will continue to use their skills in the future.
