A winters walk

To enhance our designs of a house for the wolf, year 1 have explored our local area. We initially looked at houses through the times, from Celtic houses to modern houses and how they are similar/different. We then explored the houses close to the school to see what we noticed. We found lots of the Victorian houses had wood around their windows compared to plastic that we see on modern houses. We couldn’t believe that we saw a house that looked like a Tudor house! We spotted it immediately due to the black and white wood at the top of the house. We then sketched different houses we found to support us when we design the wolf’s house.
