Trim Trail Fun!

It was a lovely sunny afternoon for our P.E lesson on Tuesday. After warming up by practising our galloping, skipping and balancing we challenged our bodies to tackle the trim trail.

There were a variety of challenges on the course including stepping logs, an inclined balance beam, a springy balance beam, a wobbly stepping bridge and even a giant rope web. Some of us pretended to be Spider Man as we climbed across.

 The course was quite tricky and challenged our balance, core stability, lower body strength, coordination and gross motor skills. Most of all it was fun!

The tyres were a good place to take a rest.

Some of us even went round again and again!

 We can't wait to tackle the trim trail again!
