Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See?

It has been marvellous to see the Nursery children embrace story telling this week. We first introduced the story, 'Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?' as part of our World Book Day celebrations. We came together to create a story map and actions for the different animals. The children have continued to enjoy the story and this week we saw them exploring the story map with their friends as part of the continuous provision. They even got to perform their story to Mrs Harvey when she came to see the Nursery children after their library session.

Please ask a member of the Nursery Team for a copy of the story map so that your child can re-tell the story to you at home!

We are now looking forward to embracing our new focus book, 'The Foggy, Foggy Forest'.
