Head's Blog

Welcome to this celebration of learning blog. I always think of the blogs as providing a window to look into the children’s fascinating world at school.  I am in the privileged position to be able to capture events across the school and community as they happen and share them with you.  It’s also a bit like a diary in that you can look back and see a colourful reflection of the year.

Osmington Bay 2019

Year 6 had a fabulous time in Osmington Bay last week and were a credit to the school.  They threw themselves into the activities; pushed themselves through their comfort zones and worked together supportively in teams.  The staff enjoyed seeing the children growing in confidence as the week progressed.

You can see the variety of activities below and how much fun they had.  It was lovely to see them making new friends within the group and the bonds growing stronger as they shared new experiences.

The staff had a great time and were delighted when all the children achieved new and exciting challenges.  Well done everyone - we will all have happy memories.
