Welcome Back

We are all looking forward to welcoming everyone back again on Monday and fingers crossed that this time we will start to get back to some kind of normal quite quickly.

Risk Assessment

The Covid-19 Risk Assessment version 19 is on the front of the website with all the latest information.  On there you will hopefully find the answers to most of your questions about the day to day running of the school up until Easter when it will be reviewed again.

Staggered starts will be as they were before Christmas when we were all in school until the social distancing and Covid-19 rules are stepped down by the government.

Pocket Park

Some older children have been behaving inappropriately in the pocket park after school.  During the pandemic the children need to go straight home after school please.

Asymptomatic testing

Asymptomatic testing is now available for parents and we have sent more information to you in a separate ParentMail.

Emergency lunches

The school will provide children with an emergency lunch if they forget to book or bring in a packed lunch.  These meals are charged at £2.50.  

Currently, we have a number of these charges outstanding.  If your child has received an emergency lunch in recent months, please could you check your ParentMail account and settle any outstanding amounts promptly.

Libby

Well done to Libby in Y6 this week who was very excited to receive a letter from the Prime Minister’s Secretary in response to a letter she had sent about her concerns for the environment and plastic waste.  It is very impressive that Libby has communicated her concerns and I hope she becomes a key member of the Eco team.
