I hope you had a lovely Easter holiday. The children came straight back in and settled into their learning happily. 

Termly Learning Conferences 

There was a lovely atmosphere around the school for the termly learning conferences this week. I hope you have a clear picture about where your child is in their learning and what they are working towards now.  It is always lovely to hear the children talk with growing confidence.  

Thank you to all our school council ambassadors who showed the parents to the classrooms with confidence and good manners. Thank you also to the staff who really enjoy meeting with you and sharing the latest updates with the children.  

Year 5 & 6 Gymnastics 

A big well done to the Year 5 & 6 Gymnastics Team this morning who had a great experience coming second in the Pacesetters Gymnastics Competition.  

Year 5 & 6 Football 

Well done to the Year 5 & 6 Football Team who beat Cedar Road 10-2 yesterday afternoon.  Thank you to both teams and their coaches.  Marco said that it was a historical game!

Please come along. Everyone is friendly. Nobody will rope you into the committee against your will!  Think seriously about supporting the Friends though as the numbers are dwindling and they do amazing things for our children. 

You say how much time you could commit to fit in with families and other commitments. It can be as little or as much as works for you.   

Every minute is appreciated.
